Hello, I have an HP Victus 15‑fa2013dx, RTX 3050 Laptop GPU (6 GB), and it came with a 120 W adapter. While gaming, my GPU consumption maxes out at around 42-50W. I’d like to know if the TGP is limited by BIOS or firmware, and whether using a 135W or 200W HP original adapter would allow a higher TGP.

No, higher wattage AC Adapter won't help.
