Well, do not touch the liquid.
Wearing rubber gloves, unplug the faulty device from your computer.
Carefully wrap the nasty thing in plastic - prepare to dispose of it as you would any hazardous waste.
That means, at the very least, prevent it coming in contact with children, animals, and anything in your house.
If the computer is in Warranty, Contact HP Support.
Describe the problem and ask for help.
