What size as card do I need for my laptop, memory slot is 4gb Samsung 3200mhz

You are mixing two kinds of memory here. The RAM is inside the laptop and an SD card would plug into a slot on the outside. By size do you mean physical dimensions or storage capacity? We need your model number to determine what size SD slot you have.
