I want to upgrade my hard drive to a sad and I don't know how to do that and what SSD to get.  I am running on Intel Core i7-2670QM 2.20-GHz (SC turbo up to 3.10-GHz) processor (1600-MHz FSB, 6.0-MB L3 cache, quad core, 45 W). Is there a specific kind of ssd to get?

Hi:

 

Pretty much any 2.5" x 7.0 mm SSD will do, but IMHO, this model provides the best performance at the lowest price...

 

The link below is for the 500 GB capacity, but you can buy it in various capacities.
