The part number for your 65W ac adapter is 693715-001

You can find online if you search with part number

Example:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-OEM-HP-693715-001-677770-001-677770-002-613149-001-65W-Ac-Adapter-Charg...

You can get universal one from HP:

https://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-65w-slim-with-usb-ac-adapter-p-g6h47aa-aba--1

Open your computer's Website Support page - check the messages (on right of screen) for AC Power and Battery recall.

HP Pavilion 15-b142dx Sleekbook

If your system is not affected by the recall, look for the part and purchase a replacement.

PartSurfer - D8X43UA provides the part number - the charger is not available from HP (-N/A-).

Use your favorite search engine and look for the part at your local online / retail store.
