What type of ram can be used in my HP pavillion x-360 14-ba253cl? System currently has 1 - 8 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (1 x 8 GB). I would like to have at least 16 Gb in total.
Is there a maximum size for a NVMe SSD? I may replace my 16Gb intel Optane NVMe with a 1Tb NVMe SSD.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Pavilion x360 - 14-ba253cl (4YN63UA) according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06172090.pdf and: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/pavilion-x360-14-ba253cl, can be fitted with up to 2 x 8GB of DDR4 PC4-19200, 2400 MHz, Non-EEC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 260-pin RAM sticks.
You can also choose DDR4 PC4-21300 2666 MHz, or DDR4 PC4-25600 3200 MHz RAM sticks, but all of them will run (down throttle) at 2400 MHz.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
