I tried using my phone charger for my laptop with the usb-c port but it didnt charger. I assume its because its not powerfull enough, its max is 33W. What kind of charger do I need to look for? Do you have any recommendations? And if so can I use such charger for my phone as well?

Your laptop requires a power adapter that can provide a minimum of 200W.
There is no phone charger that can supply that amount of wattage.
I suggest sticking with the power adapter that has a barrel type connector that was delivered with your laptop.
