Is anyone else experiencing delays, 60mins already, to get the agent who's connected on WhatsApp to help in fixing any issue with my laptop.
Feels like they don't have enough staff for calls & customer service is really poor

Hi, how do you raise a complaint about the quality of service provided by HP via WhatsApp - Agent picks up the chat and you then wait over an hour for random messages. 
Agent won't help & won't pass the chat to their senior / manager

I'm trying to find the same, agents on their WhatsApp channel 'say they don't have one' 🙄

snap..... your whatsapp agents are so poor, untrained and unhelpful
60 mins + to even response, refuse to escalate when asked, try to find every reason possible not to cover claims under warranty then when challenge agree it's covered
very, very poor customer experience

I am sorry to read about your bad experience and the need to file a formal complaint.

 

Yes, HP does not have a public email (one single email) where users can send their complaints. Such a thing can be done via the regular support channels (e.g. phone call, webform, WhatsApp, etc etc).
You can also post your technical or customer issues and you can receive assistance here in the Community. The Community is full of HP users/customers, HP enthusiasts and experts volunteers, some HP staff members, too.

 

Please, do not post any personally identifiable information such as full name, address or device serial numbers here in the public section of the forum. Let me know how can I assist you, what kind of issues you are facing with your HP products or services ?

No response from your complaints team still. 
Really unprofessional support from your WhatsApp team who's support agents look to avoid paying repair costs for any reason. 
Escalated to your complaints team, WhatsApp won't provide any contact details, won't say how long  then close the open ticket - really unprofessional 
Asked for HP UK registered address as it's going to be easy to recover the repair / replacement costs via small claims court as your staff show zero interest in helping or providing cover in line with extended warranty I purchased
