Hi @Ratul11,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thank you for reaching out. Based on your description, when you press the power button on your HP PC, the keyboard lights (especially the Caps Lock) flash briefly, then the system shuts off without booting — this can be a hardware-level failure.
Please try the steps shared below and let me know if this helps:
1: Perform a Hard Reset
- Disconnect the charger.
- If possible, remove the battery (for removable models).
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to drain residual charge.
- Reconnect the battery (if removable) and power adapter.
- Try powering on again.
2. BIOS Restore
If the blink code suggests BIOS corruption:
- Hold Windows + B (or Windows + V) keys.
- While holding, press and hold the Power button for 2–3 seconds.
- Release the Power button but keep holding the keys for 10–15 seconds.
- If successful, the screen should light up and begin BIOS recovery.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
