HP notebook 15-db0005ds
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I type letters such as t I get t5, or y gives y6 and 6 gives -6 etc.  I have tried installing new driver, language changes, keyboard trouble shooting with windows support.   I don't know what else to do.  Any help would be great?

Sounds like hardware physical things, not software. Please try a simple way: use a can of compressed air and blow underneath the area.

Hope this helps.

Regards.

I tried that, the HP virtual assistant and everything else.  HP says my warranty is expired but just purchased the laptop October 29, 2019 and cannot figure out how to get someone from HP on the phone to get this resolved.  Any help with this?

Thanks
