Depending on where you are. In the US, vendors, including HP, normally have deals during Xmas/New Year, Thanksgiving, Independent Day, Back to School ...Fall, Spring, Summer, Winter .. ..  In other countries, deals may fall to different dates.

If you could travel around the word, mostly likely you can have deal every week.
