The error 301 indicates an imminent failure.
Save your data by running a backup to an external storage device immediately!
If you are able to do that you should not lose any important data.
Connect a USB external storage device of 1 GB or greater capacity.
Start the notebook again and this time press the Enter key when you see the black screen to continue to Windows.
Run a Windows backup to the external device.
For continued assistance, identify your notebook.
When you do not identify your notebook, you tie our hands behind our backs. Help us to help you.

When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key.
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
An alternative method:
Take a look at the bottom of the notebook among the tiny letters and locate the ProdID.
The ProdID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
Is your notebook still within the warranty period of one year or within the protection of an active HP Care Pack?
