Where Can I get Genuine HP Notebook Battery?

Hello... I have HP Notebook - 15q-ds0026tu. It was purchased two years back. Now the battery is seen to be almost at about 45% to 55% Health, often going down still further. My attempt to proceed as per HP Support arrangement, does not help... The battery is Internal, and there are no arrangements for us to open insert new Battery. I am in Bangalore. Please let me know where I can buy GENUINE HP NOTEBOOK Battery for replacement... with Service provided by that store  Thank you

The battery can be replaced by the end user but if you do not feel you can do that, use this Service Center locator. Call ahead to see if they have the battery in stock. They very well may not. In India I believe they will install a battery you purchase in the aftermarket but best bet is to call them and ask:

Thank you Expert- Huffer, for your thoughtful Reply. My attempts at connecting with HP support does not get me any appropriate answer. My attempting Google search did connect me with a few "HO Service" Providers. Only one of them is "Officially" seen as HP Service provider. He/she does no care to reply either phone or mail... The other two replied... One was very fast.. and he said the Laptop being one with internal battery, I have to take the same to his store/shop. Another one also replied in the same tone... The former said the Cost would be Rs.9,000; the latter said the cost would be Rs.3,500. 

Under such uneasy conditions, what do I do?

Battery condition is getting deteriorated... faster. I am trying use Main Power often so the battery does not get completely drained, losing the "Health" to unworkable level

I gave you a link to the HP Service Center Locator for India, not google. All those are real HP Service Centers. Frankly if the laptop were mine I would buy a battery from amazon india and install it myself.

Hi.. thanks again for taking the trouble to help me.. I did connect with the HP suggested Service center in our Region.. (about which I did indicate in my last post/reply). But as pointed out whoever was the Owner there did not care to respond to may many Phone calls as well as many several E-mails.. I don't have any idea How to contact HP admin about this problem.. It was then that I decided to search in Google.. OK I did try Amazon too. There is NO Battery suiting my particular need: Product Description: HP Notebook - 15q-ds0026tu... Battery: hp oa04 notebook battery Model-No PABAS0241231.. I am unable to get this specification. Tried some other sites to.. No where could I get any info. At least if I knew how to connect with HP admin/ management/technical personnel - on this problem.. that would be helpful. I want to buy ONLY HP Original

HP Original can be a problem but let's look.

You need this:

Service Manual 

Pages 38-42 show "how to"

This is a "compatible" battery likely made in the same factory as "genuine". "Genuine" ones are hard to come by in India for some reason.
