Where and How To Private Message on here?

I can't find any private message icon. The photos or links that I attach here, the contents always get removed.

So, I don't know what else to do.

There are restrictions on what can be posted.  Both content restrictions and size / number / languages

Put the image at any of the free sites and post the link to it here at HP.

Or just explain the problem as best as you can.

Thanks for responding. 

It all gets removed. I've tried to use image sharing sites and post the link here, it all got removed. 

Now, I've tried to insert the photo here, once again, it got removed. It's just a screenshot of how my profile here looks like, everything there is even public information I think.. so I don't know why the pic got removed. it's not showing any private information, not even my email address, nothing. I just wanna show how there is no envelope icon, private message is nowhere to be found.

Anyway, I requested someone to private message me first and I would see if I would receive it.

Now, I already see an envelope icon, so I would check it out if I can start sending private messages now.
