Example: Stream 11
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello,

My touchpad is not working.  It doesn't show in the device list.

I am told that I need to update the "Driver-Chipset."  Specifically, "Intel Serial IO Driver without Connected Standby Support."

I searched the HP.com and I can only find 64bit file for it.  Needless to say this does not work with my current 32bit setup.  (Yes, I tried to install it anywhere but received "not on this platform" message as expected.

The Stream 11 only had 30gig of storage so I installed 32bit Windows 10.

Thank you,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

What is the product number of your computer?

You can download and install all the drivers for your computer from the below link.

As you have mentioned that the touchpad is not working on the computer, I recommend you download and install the touchpad driver from the above link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
