Where can I buy/ part number for HDD SATA Cable and Hardware Kit for my laptop hp17-cn0017nb

Hello,

please help me with a provider who sell HDD SATA Cable & Hardware Kit for my laptop hp17-cn0017nb, or maybe only with a part name/part number for it.

I want to install a 2.5 inch HDD SATA3 on my laptop, it has space for it but no SATA cable or bracket system.

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

Chapter 3 has the list of parts.

There is only a part and part number listed for the hard drive cable.

The hard drive cable is available as spare part number M75893-001.

Unfortunately, I don't know where you can by the cable.

It is on back order in the HP parts store, and I saw a price in the Italian site of 43 euros!

I think it would be a lot easier and less drain on the battery to replace the 512 GB NVMe M.2 SSD with one having a larger storage capacity.

Hello! Thank you for your answer but the manual is for another laptop, not for mine which is hp17-cn0017nb. 

The manual is for  hp17-cn1xxx and there are differences as I can read on the manual. 

So please can you try again for my hp17-cn0017nb model? I can't find anything for hp17-cn00xxx.

Unfortunately, that is the only manual for the entire model series.

No others exist.
