The HP driver support page lists no drivers for my computer.  I need these to repair a failed Windows update.  Specifically, I need the storage (NVMe SSD) drivers because Windows 11 setup cannot detect my main drive.  Where can I find these?

You're very welcome.

I'm surprised that didn't work.

Yes, I 'd give the Intel IRST zip file driver a try.

Hi:

See my solution for adding the storage controller drivers:

When I go to your notebook's support page, I have the option to select drivers for W10 & W11.

Thanks for your quick response.  I was able to get those but, the Windows 11 installer fails to recognize them as "signed" drivers.  They are fully extracted into a directory on my boot usb stick.   They do appear to have digtial signatures but, the installer doesn't seem to think so.  Your guidance is very helpful here (I had actually found one of your responses to another poster with a similar issue).  I wonder if the generic Intel equivalents might work?

Well, the Intel drivers worked perfectly.  I suspect there may be something wrong with signatures for the HP versions of the Tigerlake chipset drivers.  Hopefully they will become aware of this...  Thanks again!

Anytime.

Glad to have been of assistance.

Now that you have Windows installed, if you are interested, you can check to see if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7) | HP® Customer Support

When you install the tool on your notebook, it should report whether or not it is supported.
