Product: Pavilion 15-cs3096nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just unpacked my shiny new 15" Pavilion touchscreen (cs3096nr).  I need a second AC adapter.  I assume HP has an accessories department but can't find it.  Alternatively, is there a part number/product number that I can order/  Thanks!

The power adapter (710412-001) is on backorder according to the HP parts store.

If you also need the power cord that goes from the wall socket to the adapter, you need to order that separately.

 

L19367-001    Power cord - C5 1.0M STK Conv NA

 

Since these parts are used in multiple model PC's, what I suggest you do is to find a used but tested and working genuine HP power adapter and cord on eBay.

 

There are a few listings available where you can get both together.
