Hi, I have a loose key with the plastic lug broken and so it will not snap back, I am really struggling finding how to get it repaired (it is out of warranty) or to purchase a replacement key (delete) top right on the UK keyboard.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to get the answer to this question, you have to replace the complete keyboard assembly.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
