Product: Pavilion cc129tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am looking forward to replacing the battery of my laptop pavilion cc129tx. It supports 3-cell, 41 Wh Li-ion prismatic battery I am unable to find it in the hp online store, does anyone know where else can I get it?

Unfortunately it is next to impossible to help you, since you have tried to identify your notebook with a partial Product name.

 

Try using the keystrokes I suggested while logged into memory to acquire the product number of your notebook.
