Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I find the log of recent updates I ran through HP Support Assistant tool? There were 4 that ran...not smoothly. I wish to troubleshoot but can't remember what the updates were called. I am also being asked to log into Windows (school, business or personal) but the login screen looks very suspicious. I wish to remove this forced login request/notification.
