Where do I find an HP Repair center in Westchester County NY

Where is a HP Repair center  in Westchester county NY?  My HP Envy X360 5 AMD RYZEN has the "The Broken Right Hinge " problem and he screen is detaching form the frame of the top side of the PC.

Found a authorized HP Repair in Scarsdale NY.... Ubreakifix.com. Walked in and dropped it off. They will cooperate with AMEX Assurance to assess the repair which AMEX will process a claim for.  AMEX Gold Card entitles me to double the warranty from date of purchase of many products including PCs.

The repair is NOT cheap.  Involves ordering a new Laptop top portion with the screen and new hinges -  $400.  If HP would offer a substantial discount for a new one and add in the $400 amount that AMEX would pay (but that is a pending decision which could take over 10 business days), I would order a new 2021 HP ENVY X360 with 7 RADEON 5700 to replace this laptop.  Hoping that the new 2021 model has overcome this Right Hinge breakage issue which is cited by numerous owners.  Appaently it is a design / manufacturer Flaw...

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the hinge assembly and in order to fix this issue,  your computer needs to be serviced.  As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.

Thx for your response, however, due to atrocious performance of the HP EN VY  X360 5  Convertible PC, with a apparently, widely known default of the right hinge and detaching screen, I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER HP AGAIN. I will decide wether to repair this unit (I am hesitant due to obvious reasons), or accept the monies of a claim filed  that AMEX ASSURANCE hopefully will approve for the $400 repair, and just buy a new Different Brand.  MY only reconsideration would  be , if HP does tge right thing, and provide me with a new ENVY x360 15 , 7 (5700) 2021 model by accepting the $400 .
