Hi:

 

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

 

Chapter 3 has the list of parts.

 

The fans are sold as a pair.

 

Since your notebook has the GeForce GTX 1660Ti graphics adapter, you need this part number:

 

For use in models with GeForce GTX 1660Ti and RTX graphics cards     L98737-001

 

Where you will be able to find the part number for the fans, unfortunately I have no idea.
