Welcome to HP Forums,

This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂

As I understand you need information on the num lock key on your device,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Did you attempt to enable the number lock key using the on-screen keyboard?

While you respond to that, here's what you need to know:

This version of HP x360 doesn't have a number lock as it doesn't have a number pad, unless your keyboard doesn't look like this:

(Please reply with a picture of your keyboard)

Step 1: Open the on-screen keyboard from the windows search, using the windows button.

Step 2: Click Options in the keyboard.

Step 3: Select Turn on numeric key pad and tap OK in the Options dialog.

In a few seconds, you can see that the numeric key pad is shown on the On-Screen Keyboard.

Keep me posted,

For I shall follow-up on this case to ensure the concern has been addressed,

And your device is up and running again,

that said, If the information I've provided was helpful,

give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
