Hello!
I saw user guide document for maintenance anf service on HP website. And it is described there is M2 socket.
But i can not find M2 socket. My model is Pavilion 15-AE0002cy.
And which is recommand? Is better add one module of DD4 4G ram or replace 8G ram for upgrade memory?
Thanks everyone.

Your notebook was not delivered with the solid state drive connector board that you will need to install an M.2 SSD.
Take a close look at the difference in the image that you provided and watch the solid state drive connector board remove and replace video at the link that Expert @visruth provided for you.
If you want to install an M.2 SATA-3 SSD to replace the installed SATA3 legacy hard disk, you will need to purchase and install a solid state drive connector board.

Please see this for M.2 location: https://h20574.www2.hp.com/results.htm?SID=10862162&MEID=824ECBE1-EC95-4678-ABCB-D5E0E8663633
I would replace 2gb stick with a 4gb module to get dual channel boost of two 4gb sticks instead of taking both modules already present in the two slots and putting with single 8gb module.
