Does anyone have any idea how to contact the complaints department? I have to contact them before I go further with my complaint as they have already said they cannot help me. One of the key caps has come off the keyboard and is now lost, I just want a replacement but I was told that I would have to get it fixed by HP and it could take up to 8 - 10 business days. Fair enough they would pick up and drop off, but really that long. I thought they would send out a replacement cap and I could fit it myself. Like a lot of people I work on my laptop every day, so this is an inconvenience. Appreciate if anyone can let me know.
Thanks
