Hello all,

I have read the "HP ZBook 15 G2 Mobile Workstation - Maintenance and Service Guide" and it states clearly that there is an M.2 slot for SSDs on board of this laptop, so I ordered one. After I opened it, impossible to find the slot. I see 2 mSata slots (a short and a long one) but where is the M.2 slot ?!?

 

It's not indicated on the schematics and I couldn't find an image on Google.

I believe the one on the right is an M2 slot

In the link below you can see where the M2 slot should be. It takes M2 form factor 2260.

Hmmm, looks like I'm confused. I'm currently reading on the B & M edges, maybe that'll work out. Here's what it looks like:
