Very few HP Spectre notebooks have removable memory, including yours.

It comes with 8 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (onboard) memory.
'Onboard' means that the memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.
The only way to upgrade the memory would be to replace the system board with one listed in chapter 3 of the service manual that comes with 16 GB of onboard memory.
That would be a very expensive project and probably not worth it.
