I have recently purchased (2year extended warranty+3year Protegent Antivirus+ 1year Accidental Damage Protection) for my new HP laptop through HP care pack store. I have not received any subscription mail or response to find the status of my purchase. i am unable to install/run the abovesaid antivirus in my pc.

You will be receiving a confirmation email when the purchase is confirmed, if purchased from HP Store or Carepack Central. We suggest you please check the spam folder once, and the purchase details (such as antivirus) related email will be generally shared in 48 to 72 hrs post purchase.
