I own this laptop and want to get it repaired.
I wanted to buy a Motherboard for it.
It requires an HP 8A4F Motherboard and I was hoping to find a reliable way to buy the Motherboard (8A4F).
Where could I find this Motherboard?
If I can't get this one, what other Motherboards could I buy that are affordable / Reliable and could fit in this Laptop?
Thanks

See page 18 and 19 of the Manual here:
8A4F is not the HP Part number we would need to locate it. Assuming you have the best motherboard and the laptop came with Windows 10/11 installed it is this:
N13292-601
You can see HP has it on backorder and if they had it, the part is over $4000 AU. Insane. You can call HP to see if they have your exact motherboard or figure out your part number and search on Australia eBay or Amazon for it but it is going to be expensive.

This is what it says in the 1 year warranty.

No. Unlike desktops which have industry standard universal motherboards, laptops have unique motherboards designed specifically for a specific model series. You could install any of the motherboards listed in the Manual if you can find a deal on one of them. The -001 have no Windows license built into the BIOS and the -601 models do have a built-in Windows license.
And yes if you are under warranty HP will fix it but they will not just send you a motherboard you would have to send it in for repair.
