Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have hp pavillion x360 14-dh1004nx and i am not able to find the second ram slot after unscrewing the bottom. Would appreciate the help with this, though the question might be very trivial.

Your HP specs indicate your model comes with 1x16 GB RAM.

HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1004nx Product Specifications | HP® Support

 

According to the youtube below, your model comes with two memory slots. You should see the empty slot once removing the memory cover.

Your support home page lists service manual for older 14-dh0xxx model series but you can still use this manual (page 41) for how to remove and install RAM modules.
