Where and how do I insert a sim card in my notebook HP Elite Folio 13,5 Zoll 2-in-1-Notebook-PC (18V33AV)?

That depends on the processor option that you purchased the notebook with.
WWAN is an available option if the notebook has the Qualcomm Snapdragon X20 LTE Cat 16.
If not, that is why you can't find where to put in a SIM card.

Thank you for the fast reply
The notebook was sold as lte capable
The processor is snapdragon 8cx gen 2
I have already opened the back of notebook (picture) but can't find the slot

Did you not see the image that I posted?
I pointed to where the slot should be when the stylus is removed. There is a little icon of a nano SIM card.
It is on top and does not require for the notebook to be opened up.
This image should look familiar.
