Where would I go to replace the screen on my HP Spectre x360 13-4101dx?

Yeah Frys...well, good luck. I am not so sure. I am trying to tell you after having done dozens of these. Touchscreens are not something an ordinary computer tech can do but maybe Frys has somebody who has done some screen repairs on tablets. You gotta hope, I also don't know how cool they will be with installing 3rd party parts. If you ask them to order it you are going to be back up in the $400+ range. Just trying to save you some money as I am well versed in how these places make their money and what happens to the consumer. Good luck again.

Indeed.  The HP "Part Surfer" store gives the price of the replacement.

Seriously it is what it is? That is too  simplistic and not helpful. There are many other sources. People don't have to pay those prices to keep their laptops running. That is what the Forum should be about. Help that "the Man" cannot or will not provide. Or are we just shills?
