My laptop model is HP Laptop 15q-bu0xx with intel HD 620 driver. Whether I can add nvidia graphics card to it ? It has slot to add it ?

Hi:
The graphics adapter is an integral part of the motherboard.
The only way to upgrade the graphics, would be to replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with better graphics.

The costs associated with performing such an upgrade (assuming you could even find the motherboard for sale), would come close to what you originally paid for the notebook, if not more.
