Hi,
I bought this laptop about 4 years ago and from a while now its battery has gone totally drained. Now it shows 8% and plugged in and not charging. I have gone through the HP community, did follow the steps for troubleshoot and analysis. Found battery has a blown fuse and so need replacement.
Question 1: I still use same 65W, 19.5V, 3.33Ah charger adapter and so when I change my battery to new one of same spec, should I change the adapter as well to brand new one ?
Please also help to source new battery for my laptop. I'm in India.
Question 2: As mentioned before I have been using my laptop for close to 4 years and for the past 1 year its running as slow as a snail and I did a windows feature pack upgrade two days ago and it seems to speed up things a bit. But it is no where near how it was a year ago. I don't have serious applications installed and I use my machine for internet surfing, bit for movies and rest for lightest MS office use. Searched a lot to improve the performance (including in HP diagnostics tool and HP support assistant) but no major difference made so far. This is entirely subjective to what's in my system but honestly there is nothing serious that can pull this performance so far down. So please share some light to this problem as well.
Computer model: Pavilion 15-AU102TX
Product No.: X9K33PA
Thanks in Advance,

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are looking for a replacement battery for your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
You do not need to replace the charger and continue using the same charger with the new battery.
I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in ordering a replacement battery for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
For the performance, I recommend you try the steps in the below link and check if it helps.

@the_fossette,
I tried to check for location and got the contact number. I will get in touch with the service center soon.
For performance I tried the trouble shoot method and HP PC Tune Up program but not much change noticed.
I strongly believe that running in the same configuration which I received from the factory which is 4GB RAM and 1 TB HDD is the prime reason for low performance of my machine. And for this reason I'm looking to upgrade my RAM and HDD. For HDD upgrade I'm looking for SSD but I just want to know is there any M.2 port available for this model laptop which I can make use for installing M.2 SSD or do I have only option to replace the existing HDD directly with better SSD.
Please share your thoughts.

I checked the specifications and looks like your computer supports M.2 SATA 3 SSD.
Refer to the below service guide for complete information.
