The SSD storage on this laptop is nowhere near what i need, so I would like to upgrade it. What are the available options for me to do so?

What model Intel processor does your notebook come with?

Notebooks with the Intel Core processors support NVMe M.2 2280 SSD's.

Notebooks with the Pentium or Celeron processors support SATA M.2 2280 SSDs.

If your notebook has a 64 GB eMMC flash storage drive, you can't upgrade that.

My laptop has a Pentium gold 7505. So it would most likely be SATA? Also, it's a 119GB SSD.

Just for reference, would this be ok?

Yes, the 128 GB SSD in your notebook is M.2 SATA, so the 512 GB drive you selected is the right one for your notebook.

Or one like this...costs more but has better read/write specs.
