Which battery for HP Notebook - 14-dk0011na?

I can't find a spec sheet on this site, and searches show two different looking batteries. 

Which should I buy?

Enter your notebook's serial number in the search window at the link below and it should tell you whether your notebook uses the 3-cell, 41 Whr, 3.6 Ahr Li-ion or the 3-cell, 45 Whr, 3.9 Ahr Li-ion battery.

HP PartSurfer

Either should work and the latter one would last longer between charges.

Chapter 3 of the service manual has the two battery part number you need.:

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 14 Laptop PC

The part number you see in the parts list may be different but the description should match one of the two batteries listed in the service manual.

Worse, the Maintenance and Service Guide fails to download!

I was hoping the HP website would take my serial number and show me info on the consumable parts they know will need replacing -- a link to their shop to purchase the part with a single click would surely cover the cost of the update to the website. 

Maybe if I take it apart, there will be a label on the battery 🙂
