Product: HP 15AB243CL
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I want to buy another Battery for this HP Notebook*.  I can't seem to find the exact replacement on the website. They list 13 options, none have the battery numbers on the original.

*Spent about an hour and a half online with customer support and they can't figure out why this battery is not charging all the way, and only lasting a short time. Figured I needed a second battery anyhow, and need to figure this out before the extended warrantee expires.
