Hi, I have 1 slot available to add more RAM. Could somebody possibly point me in the right direction as to what I should buy and where to find it?
The laptop came with 4gb RAM.

Hi:
Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Chapter 1 indicates that the memory is not removable (onboard) or upgradable.
However, chapter 5 of the manual has a procedure for removing and replacing the memory.
So, unfortunately, you are going to have to open up the notebook and see which part of the manual is right.
Chapter 1 or chapter 5.
If the memory is upgradable and there are two memory slots, you should be able to install 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 memory, as the manual indicates the notebook can be configured with 16 GB of onboard memory.
And to make things even more interesting, the Crucial memory report for your notebook indicates that you can install 2 x 16 GB of memory for a total of 32 GB.
You can buy this memory in the UK as well.

Hi:
What is the full model number or product number of your notebook.
Use this guide to find that information...please do not post the serial number.

Thank you. I did open it up and check, although the RAM is underneath the motherboard so I am hesitant to go all the way. I am taking it to somebody to do so.
If it is upgradeable, would this be a suitable choice? (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Crucial-CT8G4SFRA32A-PC4-25600-SODIMM-260-Pin/dp/B08C4Z69LN/ref=asc_df_B08C...)

You're very welcome.
According to chapter 5, page 49 of the service manual (see illustration), the memory is under a metal shield on the side of the motherboard that faces you after you remove the bottom cover.
So, you should be able to remove that shield and see if the memory is removable and if there are two slots.
If the memory is removable, the chip you posted from Amazon, UK would be the correct one.
