My kids are all the time moving the laptop, plugin in/out all connections.

I would like to have a docking station for my HP Laptop 15s-fq2032nb (2U3L5EA).

This laptop still has a round power connection socket, so I'm not sure which docking station is suited for this laptop.

Would tThe small USB-C docking stations work with this setup?

Which one has a round power connection?

PS: I already launched the question to HP via the contact form on their webshop - no response

Also, HP is not giving support via WhatsApp, just an automatic answ

I do not quite understand your question you are looking for a dock of those flat where you connect a laptop, if it is this, the answer is no, if you are looking to connect the peripherals to a dock should use only those with USB-C port, but remember it will not work the HDMI port of the dock because the USB-C of your device does not support DisplayPort
