HP Pavilion 17-g136nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to find a docking station - have done a "Pavilion 17-g100 series search", I have also tried to locate on HP Support page [but I don't see this model or series listed on any of their docking stations...in fact they don;t even mention "Pavilion", only Elitebook, etc].

I'd love to find the correct docking station for this laptop which I've just purchased.

Hi,

Your machine does not have docking port therefore no docking station for it. You can use ANY (yes any) USB port replicator (vendors also call them as docking stations).

Now up to you to choose depending on how do you wish to connect to it. For example: you need 2 monitors, 6 USB ports .... and you can find one for your needs. Please check the following articles:

Thank you!!! and for being so prompt - I suspected as much but wanted to check - it's still en route, so I couldn't check the base! I have been researching replicators. Glad to know I can use "any" generic replicator, as many of them list the PC's they are compatible with, and none state "Pavilion".

Did the docking work?
