I have HP Notebook 15-da0326tu with processer intel core i3 7100u . My laptop has m.2 slot which supports nvme too.
I want to know which nvme ssd (250gb) will be best for my laptop whose read write speed is equal to the maximum read write speed supported by my laptop so that i don't buy a ssd whose maximum speed is even more than my laptop supportes and that will be waste of my money.
Kindly provide buys link to and atleast 2-3 options . Budget is approx 3k.

Your notebook's M.2 slot is PCIe Gen 3.0.
Also, the M.2 slot only runs the drives from two lanes, so whatever the advertised specs for the SSD are, they will run at approximately 50% of those.
