HP Notebook - 17-x137cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Notebook - 17-x137cl .  It has 3 USB ports, 2 on left and 1 on the right side.  One of them is a USB-3 port and I can't remember which.  I think it might be the front one on the left but I'm not sure anymore.  Does anyone know?  Is there a technical way to look at or test them?

Awesome!  I just bought a 4TB external storage drive thingy from Seagate and have to transfer 6 years of kids photos and such into it.  Hopefully things will move along a little quicker with the USB3.  Thanks for the scoop!

You're very welcome.

Yes, you will want to do a huge file transfer like that over a USB 3 port for sure!
