Hi, I have a problem with my laptop which is a heat problem in which the laptop usually remains at 60-75 at usual and 85- 95 while I'm gaming. My battery also has a problem in which it has a 54% full capacity charge. The question is, should I buy a new laptop cooler or replace my battery to resolve this heat problem.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is overheating, and you are facing issues with the battery as well.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it resolves both the overheating and the battery issue.
https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
If you continue facing the issue, then install all the Windows updates (Including optional) and test.
Here is how it is done.
- Select the Start (Windows) button from the bottom-left corner.
- Go to settings (gear icon).
- Select the Update and Security icon.
- Choose Windows Update tab in the sidebar (Circular arrows)
- Select Check for updates. If there is an available update, it will begin downloading automatically.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Hi, thank you for your reply. I do update some and it does lower the average temperature by 2-3% maximum. I still do think that I should need to change my battery as it is the main source that make my laptop hot.
