It shouldn't matter since they both have the same specifications.

DDR4-2666 CL19.

Hi:

The Crucial memory report for the model series indicates it will support up to 2 x 16 GB of DDR4 memory.

HP - Compaq HP 250 G7 (Intel Core i7/ i5/ i3) | Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | Crucial.com

These would be the memory chips I recommend:

16 GB:

Crucial 16GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM | CT16G4SFD824A | Crucial.com

8 GB:

Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM | CT8G4SFS824A | Crucial.com

You can run this command to see how much memory your notebook can support:

1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.

This will open the command prompt.

2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and press the enter key.

There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.

The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.

33554432 / 1,048,576 = 32GB

Either the 8 GB or 16 GB DDR4-2666 MHz Crucial Basics should work fine.

The first one you posted with the CT16G4S24AM part number will not work because that was designed for a MAC PC, and won't work in a Windows PC.

will the 3rd and 2nd work?

HP Recommended

That is correct.

If you want 32 GB buy two of the 16 GB modules (3rd link).

If you want 16 GB, buy two of the 8 GB modules (2nd link).

If you want 12 GB, buy one of the 8 GB modules.

the second link was a bit expensive that is cheaper a bit comparing 3rdlink what do you think? is that good and compitable wiht my pc it will total 20 gb ram. is there any performance difference between 3rd link and that link?

HP Recommended

The memory you just posted has the correct specifications, so it should work fine.

also it was Hikvison not crucial so will there any problem for difference for using other brand because my 4gb ram is crucial.

It shouldn't matter since they both have the same specifications.
