Does the fan spin in a way that it brings air in, or does it push air out? I'm currently looking for a cooler for my laptop so when I have to work with programs that are heavier on resource usage, the fan wouldn't speed up and just annoy everyone else in the room, and I don't want the cooler to interfere with the fan. Thanks in advance
