Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000 (1Q878AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm having bluetooth connection issues and I'm running out of idea, as a last resort I'm going to swap out the wifi card but I've never seen one like the one in my Spectre x360 14 2-in-1. It's a really tiny card, does anyone know what they're called?

Hi:

 

As I wrote to you yesterday, the Wi-Fi card is NOT removable.

 

Install a new wifi card in Spectre x360 15 - HP Support Community - 8532125 

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update the Bluetooth driver and see if that helps any.

 

Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows® 10 and Windows 11*

 

If you continue to have issues, you can purchase a USB Bluetooth 5 adapter.
