This year I started getting notifications that HP would no longer provide parts for my HP Pavilion. However, HP Support Assistant stated that HP would no longer provide the parts starting 2020. I did not get this notification in 2020. However,in 2019, my battery and charger started failing, and I had to replace them by purchasing parts on Amazon. I purchased the laptop in 2016, and the parts started failing in 2019. Also, Windows caused problems with the system this year, and I had to update the network driver this year. However, I find it odd, that HP did not tell me that parts would not be discontinued in 2020 in 2021.

I do not need any yet that I am aware of. I am just curious. However, any information that you might have might be useful. I noticed that another pavilion is recognizing the same outlet. It also keeps stopping charging when it is plugged into a surge protector, and I have to unplug it and plug it back in. This happened after three years with the previous battery and charger (I presume due to a power outage). I notice that the charger that I had purchased in 2019 seems to not recognize an outlet that it was recognizing recently. However, multiple power outages, but I am not sure). It doesn't make sense that this might happen when I likely purchased these likely at the end of 2019. They are not the HP brand though. I don't think that I was able to find that brand.
I still find it weird that HP notified me that they stopped selling them in 2020 in 2021.

Agreed that's like barring the barn door behind the horse. If I could have your model number I would be happy to link you sources for both genuine and 3rd party parts. I don't sell anything now, but used to source laptop parts for a store I owned so can usually find about anything needed.

I am sorry, but that is not a solution. I already mentioned that HP stopped providing parts, and therefore the service manual is outdated. I also mentioned that I don't need any currently. Therefore ebay will not work for me.

The Service Manual is not outdated as parts are catalogued by all sellers based on the HP Part No. Think of the Service Manual as a catalog. I think you asked for some help trying to figure out where you can get parts should you ever need them and you mentioned battery and AC adapter. With the Manual, you can get a part number and use that to search for parts sellers. I buy parts from eBay all the time. Buyers are well protected.
