*Subject:* Charging LED Stuck on Orange - Assistance Required

*Message:*

Dear HP Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my HP laptop where the charging LED remains stuck on orange, even when the battery is over 90% charged. Here are the details:

1. *Laptop Model*: [Enter your HP laptop model here, e.g., HP Pavilion 15-cw0014AU].
2. *Processor*: AMD Processor.
3. *Operating System*: [Enter your operating system, e.g., Windows 11, 64-bit].
4. *Issue Details*:
- The charging LED does not change to green or turn off, indicating a full charge.
- I have tested the charger, battery, and other components, and they appear normal.
- The laptop charges correctly, and the battery percentage increases as expected.

5. *Troubleshooting Steps Taken*:
- Reset the Embedded Controller (EC).
- Disabled Memory Integrity.
- Updated all drivers and BIOS using the HP Support Assistant.
- Ran diagnostics using HP tools; no issues were found with the battery or charger.

Despite these steps, the issue persists. I kindly request your assistance to resolve this issue. Please let me know if you need additional information or logs to diagnose the problem.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,
