Product: HP Pavilion x360 14-ba025tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Capture.PNGRecently I bought a HP Pavilion x360 14-ba025tu from an authorised seller. However, to my suprise, there was no IR camera as advertised. On the HP product page, it says that it has a "HP Wide Vision FHD IR Camera" however, my Windows Hello says that my device is not compatible. On the product page, it does not say that it is only avaliable on specific models and the footnote only says that you "may require software or other 3rd party applications to provide the described functionality." Maybe it's just my Windows Hello not working but for anyone interested, heres the product page link: http://h20386.www2.hp.com/AustraliaStore/Merch/Offer.aspx?p=pavilion-x360.
